La Bomba

Every Monday night the city celebrates with a drum show called La Bomba. It's in a large warehouse type building, although I hear once it starts getting warmer the show will be outside. It starts with a pre-show at 7 then the drumming begins at 8, muy temprano for Argentines. Ten o'clock rolls around and the show is over before you know it. The drummers, accompianed by different instruments each time, drum out beats that don't bore you even though you have to stand the entire time.  Here are a few clips I took of it!

I also ran into Rassy there! Stanford in BsAs, what a small world..

I almost thought I was home free then we saw a BK while we were waiting for our bus. Had to try the "Bourbon," a whopper with onion rings and bacon. 'Nuff said.

I swear a symphony played while we ate that.

Anyways, it was a great night and can't wait to go back when it's outside!
